I understand that deposits on kittens are non-refundable and non-transferable in order to hold a kitten. If I cancel for personal reasons, my deposit is forfeited. I understand that in order for the Lifetime Congenital Health Guarantee to be in place, my kitten must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. I understand that the Lifetime Health Guarantee requires Royal Canin dry kibble as the base diet for the life of my cat. Changing the dry food brand voids the guarantee. I understand kittens go home between 12 and 16 weeks of age. Every kitten is different and we do not rush placement. My kitten will come home when they are truly ready. I understand all companion kittens are sold as pets only with Limited CFA Registration. Full registration is available only after proof of spay/neuter. Breeding cats are sold under a separate agreement. I understand that Inara’s Prettiest Persians reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time if it is not in the best interest of the kitten. In that case, any deposit paid would be returned promptly.
